Job Details
Our client's Finance group is growing nationally having made great senior hires across the country. We have been instructed by their Los Angeles Finance group on a mandate for a mid-level associate. This is an opportunity to work with a team of terrific lawyers who are making fantastic headway in the finance field.
This opportunity would be ideal for attorneys with 2-4 years' experience in syndicated lending, secured transactions and other commercial finance transactions including private equity sponsored and non-sponsored asset-based and cash flow credit facilities.
Looking to work with some of California's leading finance lawyers and represent portfolio companies, private equity funds, commercial banks, and other non-bank lenders in the full range of secured financings?
