Private Client Solicitor

A career defining role has become available for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor with a well known Barnsley practice.

The full-service firm provide stellar legal advice across all sectors of law. This is a brilliant opportunity to develop your career as a Private Client solicitor as you will be working directly with highly experienced solicitors. You will be given the chance to work on a full spectrum of Private Client work of varying complexity. They also have a supportive team that are dedicated to your development, you will have clear and achievable routes to progress your career.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Run a full and varied private client caseload including wills, trusts, probate and estate matters.
  • Handle cases of high-net-worth, including LPA, POA matters.
  • Take an active part in business development opportunities.
  • Participation in marketing activities on a firmwide, group and office basis.
  • Supervision of other fee earning colleagues if necessary.
  • Attend to clients both on the phone and in person to provide professional support in a friendly manner.
