Construction Solicitor
A Construction Solicitor is required by a Construction department of a successful commercial law firm in Cambridge.
The Firm
A highly successful Corporate private practice law firm with a long list of national organisations, companies and public authorities as clients providing very high quality of work. The Construction Department are recognised as a leading force in the region for advising clients with astute commercial awareness and employing a broad range of specialist knowledge.
The Role
The Construction Solicitor will provide advice upon predominately non-contentious construction matters involving reviewing, negotiating, amending of contracts such as JCT and NEC as well as advising on collateral warranties and guarantees in relation to site acquisition and development.
The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor with an genuine interest in construction law. Previous construction experience is required. Strong communication skills with an excellent academic record.
