Are you a Banking Solicitor looking to join a leading UK law firm and handle work of the highest quality?
Our client based in Leeds City Centre act for UK based financial institutions, including the main clearing banks and a number of specialist lenders providing a full range of banking services. The international reach of our client also means that you will be involved in complex cross border transactions for the UK and overseas lenders.
Joining the Banking team, you will have the opportunity to work on a varied caseload including leveraged finance, real estate finance and asset-based lending. Acting for both borrowers and lenders, clients include ABL's, fund-based lenders and main clearing banks, you will advise on a variety of transactions.
The successful candidate will ideally be NQ - 9 PQE, however this is given as a guideline and those outside this bracket are encouraged to apply. You will demonstrate a genuine desire to be a part of a rapidly growing team and have the drive to continue learning and actively involved in business development activities for the team and wider firm. There are likely to be two positions available in this team.
