Our client is a top 50 firm and a leader in the South West, and now has a brand new opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Partner to join and head up their growing team, which works for clients spanning across a range of different sectors, including banking, hospitality and technology.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate looking for a step up towards Partnership, or a Partner seeking a new challenge. You will be an experienced and ambitious Commercial Litigation lawyer looking to really drive forward in your career. You will ideally have at least 8 years of commercial litigation experience at a well-regarded firm and will either already be based in the Devon area or may be looking to actively relocate back to the area at this stage in your career.
