NQ+ Solicitor - Commercial Real Estate, NQ-3 years PQE, with Competitive Salary + Benefits
Our client have an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to join their busy Real Estate department working on commercial real estate matters, specifically landlord and tenant and development work.
The ideal candidate will have either qualified into or have some experience in commercial real estate however, you will have a passion for commercial property work and an interest to develop your knowledge across a broad range of transactions, involving the ownership and development of both freehold and leasehold land and buildings.
In addition to strong technical skills, you should be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for business development and have excellent communications as there will be significant client contact, in both the work
and business development context.
Our client has a strong reputation for this area of work and therefore this is an excellent opportunity to progress in this area while working amongst a supportive team.
Interviews will be conducted via video calls.
