Job Details
We are honoured to instructed by a high quality boutique regional law firm seeking an M&A specialist for their growing team in Saudi Arabia. The Firm's focus is principally on corporate M&A work and they have a stellar client list including many large international companies.
The ideal candidate will be a lawyer with extensive international corporate experience gained at a leading international law firm. The preferred lawyer will be able to run deals with limited supervision and have strong client facing capabilities.
The role has strong potential for advancement for the right candidate. Pay is highly competitive with an opportunity to earn significant bonuses and also credit for client generation.
The current team comprises a mix of western and Arabic lawyers who have mainly worked in the offices of leading global law firms both within the region as well as the US/Europe.
Our client is keen to consider candidates from within the region as well as from outside the Middle East. Due to the current pandemic our client is also happy to consider someone starting on a virtual basis and then relocating to Saudi Arabia later in 2021.
