Are you an experienced Litigation Lawyer, with good communication skills and a good level of commercial achievement?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Litigation Lawyer to run their own wide-ranging caseload including: contested wills and probate, debt, insolvency, property disputes, landlord and tenant litigation, company and partnership disputes, and consumer law.

Candidates must have a good knowledge and understanding of both Pre-Action Protocols and Civil Procedure Rules to be considered for the position of Litigation Lawyer.

Applications from Solicitors and Legal Executives are both welcome, from Newly Qualified to very experienced candidates.

Secretarial support, ongoing training will be provided, this is a good career progression opportunity for the right candidate.

The role of Litigation Lawyer is a full time and permanent position, some consideration may be given to an element of part-time working. Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience, there is also a performance related bonus scheme for this role.
