You have your requirements, and that means flexibility, not a one size fits all approach. We offer a more personal approach, and we are determined to give candidates and clients the best we possibly can, so we are available until 7pm (or later) weekdays, and also available weekends giving you the flexibility of being able to speak with me outside your working hours.

Future planning is also very much a part of our methodology, and we will often promote outstanding candidates to clients where no current vacancy is advertised. As a result of this, future-planning clients may already have an ideal candidate in mind when that important vacancy arises, saving precious time and resources.
