Job Details
An award-winning international law firm has an opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor with between 3 and 6 years pqe to join the team in Newcastle and work closely alongside senior team members, and supporting more junior lawyers, on a range of impressive domestic and international Real Estate Finance matters.
The team is a dedicated practice area of the firm and comprises a joint venture between banking and real estate with input from other practice areas. They have extensive experience in advising on a range of domestic and international real estate finance transactions in a variety of sectors including investment, development, mezzanine and other structured financing. The practice is well known for investment finance and has market leading credentials in large scale development finance transactions.
As a member of the team, you will assist on a variety of transactions including acquisition, investment and development finance, reviewing certificates of title and reports on title and development. The firm are exceptionally ambitious and forward thinking therefore the role will entail you getting involved with the firm's business development and marketing.
