TSR Legal have an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join a Legal 500 and two office firm who are one of the most respected firms in the area.

The firm are situated in modern offices in Cardiff and are proud of their long history of good client care but who understand the need to adapt to change, keep abreast of the latest developments and be constantly prepared for the future.

You will be joining a very busy and highly experienced team of Residential Conveyancers who are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients. You will gain some vital experience within a growing team who have a close knit culture and who provide a real opportunity to monitor and enhance your personal development.

Responsibilities:

• As the Residential Conveyancing Paralegal / assistant, you will deal with a varied caseload which will include:
• Sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold
• HNW
• Right to buy

Requirements:

• You will ideally have two plus years experience
• First class communication skills, both verbal and written, and will understand the importance of client care
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Enjoy working in a busy team
