Are you a Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor looking for something a little bit different?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Conveyancer / Solicitor to join a friendly team in Gloucester, who are highly supportive of one another and provide a great service to their clients.

Requirements:

Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience in handling Conveyancing matters.

Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload to include sales and purchases (Freehold and Leasehold), Re-mortgages, and Transfer of Equity files from quotes and initial instruction through to post-completion in a relaxed environment.

Preparing all forms of contracts, Freehold and Leasehold title reports, raising enquiries, and have a good knowledge of all other documents relating to the Conveyancing transaction.

Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a good eye for detail.

The team have a wealth of experience working with a variety of local, regional clients - the firm will also provide you with all the support to be successful in the role.
