Our client are looking for a Head of Sales and Business Development, London based to be able to maintain and then grow the business in EMEA.
An ideal profile would be someone who has been in and familiar with the New Law space. Otherwise, someone with a legal background who may have done some BD or sales roles as well.
This would suit an ex-lawyer/GC/Head of Legal who has done some Business Development. It will be a mix of new business and account management.
There are 3 areas to the business - Contract Lawyers; Process & Tech; Managed Services. This modern business is looking to:
- Shake up, disrupt and inject new life into how legal services are provided
- Provide innovative flexible legal solutions, which are catered to what customers want and need, not what is just available
- Challenge traditional legal services, so stuck in their ways - expensive, inaccessible and complex
On offer is a good base salary, together with potential future equity options as well as generous bonus that could potentially double the salary.
