.A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Personal Injury Fee Earner to join a well known firm of solicitors. The role can be worked remotely from home or in the office in Stoke.

ou will be working on a busy caseload of litigated claims specialising in RTA, EL, PL and/or OL matters. The role will run for intially 4 weeks but is likely to extend beyond this. You must be free to start work on tuesday 4th January.

Key Responsbilities:
  • You will have responsibility of your own claimant Personal Injury files from day one, with the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses based on personal billings and targets.
  • The successful candidate will be a PI Fee Earner with at least 12 months experience dealing with litigated claims.
  • Recently qualified solicitors keen to build their career in Personal Injury are welcome to apply, however the majority of your training contract must have been within claimant PI and you must have gained some solid experience in litigation; ideally you will have previous paralegal experience as well.
  • In all cases, it is vital you are used to working in a target driven environment utilising a case management system.
