TSR Legal are working in partnership with a top law firm in their search to open a new corporate offering in Swansea and is recruiting for a (minimum 7+ years' PQE) Senior Associate or Partner to join its corporate team. Suiting a solicitor from a top regional or national, this practice offer exposure to big transactions, well-known national clients and highly-regarded work.

Supportive and entrepreneurial, this firm will provide you with every tool you need to progress in your career.

You will work on all aspects of corporate work including corporate finance, joint ventures, public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital.

You will be given early responsibility for running matters, building client relationships and business development and you will have the support of national partners across the firm.

The work includes in depth Venture Capital, Private Equity, M&A/Corporate and Corporate Finance (for plcs). This is a leading UK law firm and this is reflected in its work levels.
