The role:

Due to continued expansion, this firm is seeking a Residential Development Solicitor 6+ years PQE to join their growing team based in Guildford, Surrey.

In this role you will be working as a part of a nationally recognised Development team. You will have a particular focus on Site Set up Matters whilst supporting the wider Development team. You will be working on behalf of housebuilders meaning experience working on this side of development matters is essential.

You will be working closely alongside several fee-earners, some recognised in the L500 for their expertise in the development field. You will be comprehensively supported to by a roster of experienced legal secretaries / paralegals.

Working flexibly / working from home is also encouraged within this specific team, and also promoted throughout the entire firm.

Requirements:

· Residential Development Solicitor 6+ years PQE with previous experience in a quality practice
