Job Details
Our client is a modern independent practice employing a mix of Solicitors and Consultants. Due to expansion we are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to be Practice Head and develop this area and build a team. This firm is growing due to their expert advice to a range of smaller and large companies as well as individuals, and much of the work will come through reputation and recommendations.
You will demonstrate empathy and supporting clients during emotional times, supporting financial decisions and being involved with dissolving divorce and civil partnership, considering your clients family and property matters to protect their children and assets. Managing a varied caseload, you will demonstrate experience in:
- Co-habitation and Separation Agreements
- Divorce and name change
- Ancillary relief
- Cohabitation Agreements
- Private Children and Parental responsibilities
- Pre and Post Nuptials
- Advocacy skills
- Domestic Violence
In return, you will be given autonomy to build the department, hire and manage the team, develop the practice and clients and raise your own visibility in the industry, attend seminars and be involved in marketing.
