Commercial Property Lawyer A Commercial Property Lawyer, minimum 6 years' PQE, is required to join a commercial property team in Lymington, Hampshire. The Firm A private practice with a traditional heritage for supplying high street legal services to clients in Hampshire and Dorset. The Role The successful commercial property lawyer will join an established commercial property team acting upon a wide range of local, regional and some national clients dealing with all aspects of commercial property law to include sales, purchases, landlord, tenant, development and leases. Excellent training and career advancement prospects. The Candidate A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 6 years' PQE Commercial Property experience. Experience will include business development and contribution to marketing. Good client management skills combined with a confident and commercial approach. Salary dependent upon experience.
