Commercial Paralegal
A Commercial Paralegal with at least 12 months' experience gained either post graduation or during a sandwich degree course is required by a Commercial department of a private practice law firm in their Hampshire office. Based in the New Forest the role is commutable from Bournemouth, New Milton, Lymington, Christchurch, Ringwood, Totton and Hythe.
The Firm
A privately owned practice employing some very experienced partners, lawyers and support staff. the firm has a long history with very established clients including high net worth individuals and SME's.
The Role
Working as part of the Commercial department the Commercial Paralegal will support senior lawyers with their case loads including drafting commercial terms, heads of agreements and terms of business and will involve a varied work load.
The Candidate
A Paralegal with at least 12 months' commercial experience. Enthusiastic, communicative with excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Salary dependent upon experience £20,000 to £27,000
