Residential Property Solicitor

Forbes Hall LLP is a long established and friendly firm of solicitors based in Shoreditch (London), Woodford Green (Essex) and Potters Bar (Hertfordshire) that applies a personal touch when dealing with a strong client base.

We seek an enthusiastic and self-motivated solicitor (minimum of 4 years PQE) to handle residential property work within our Shoreditch office.

The work will involve a diverse range of activities including but not limited to:

• Acquisitions.
• Sales.
• Equity Transfers.
• Re-Mortgages.

We are looking for a good all-rounder with initiative and a good academic record. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and writing skills, understand the importance of client care and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of effective case management and in dealing with HNW transactions.

A working knowledge of private client work to include Wills and Probate would be advantageous.

You will be expected to provide a high-quality service to our clients and be able to work under pressure both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
