The Role

This firm is looking for a Real Estate Solicitor 3-5 PQE to join its flourishing City of London office.

You will work alongside a highly experienced Partner ranked in the Legal 500 as a leader in their field.

The Real Estate team is at the heart of the firm's business and have real strength in the sector.

The role will specialise in site acquisition and development projects for the firm's existing clients.

The role will cover a full range of property-related legal issues, from giving advice on draft section 106 agreements, development agreements, conditional contracts and potential title problems through to legal completion.

An important part of the role is to provide direct support and assistance to a partner in the team whilst also helping with the management and development of other fee earners and contributing more widely
to the team and its growth.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate & Projects Solicitor 3-5 PQE
• Good development experience would be an advantage
• First-Class interpersonal skills
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience, although at market rate, plus an excellent benefits package
