Job Title:          Property Solicitor (Commercial) 5 years+ PQE

Location:          One Park Row, Leeds, LS1

Salary:              £50,000 - £70,000 Negotiable Dependant on Experience + phone + laptop + bonuses (uncapped earning potential) + benefits

Role & Responsibilities

As a property solicitor, you will be working in the legal team capitalising from your wealth of commercial experience dealing with client services within the healthcare market.

The role involves client management and undertaking property matters including:

• Sales & purchases
• New and renewal leases
• Disputes relating to property matters
• Breach of contract
• Mergers and acquisitions

Job Specifics

Your work will bring about positive word of mouth recommendations and allow the opportunity for the company to cross sell products and services as a one stop solution to our client’s needs.

This role requires a host of skills including:

• Operational
• Strategy
• Problem solving
• IT
• Excellent people skills are required to be considered for this position
• Experience of working with private organisations is essential
• Experience of working with public organisations would be an advantage
