Job Title: Employment Law Solicitor (Internal & External) 5 years+ PQE
Location: One Park Row, Leeds, LS1
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Negotiable Dependant on Experience + phone + laptop + bonuses + benefits

Roles & Responsibilities
As the Employment Law Solicitor with a broad spectrum of legal employment experience, you will be responsible for our commercial clients’ employment matters dealing with advisory, contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will be able to proceed with pursuing and defending claims and deal with executing executive dismissals on behalf of our clients.
You will lead by example and be responsible for the delivery of the legal client services with the aim of growing the department and the number of legal professionals/ teams that will continue to work under your supervision.
This is a leadership position where you will be responsible for the development and success of your team as part of the ongoing growth of Echo. A determined, strategic and positive personality with experience of building and leading teams is essential.

Qualifications and Requirements
A minimum of 5 years PQE experience as an Employment Law solicitor with experience in covering a broad range of matters including discrimination and redundancy. A hands-on approach is essential and experience in the healthcare industry would be an advantage.
