Job Title:          Commercial Law Solicitor (Tax - IP - Contract - Company Structure) 5 years+ PQE

Salary:              £50,000 - £60,000 Negotiable Dependant on Experience + phone + laptop + bonuses + benefits

Roles & Responsibilities

As the Commercial Law Solicitor you will be an integral part of the Echo service model. With a background in  commercial law, you will be responsible for our client’s commercial matters in relation to Tax, IP, Contract and company structure. You will also liaise with the property solicitors in matters with mergers and acquisitions.

Managing relationships with a growing client portfolio and ensuring first class delivery of services is essential.

Leading by example, you will be responsible for delivery of the legal client services with the aim of growing the department and the number of legal professionals and teams that will continue to work under your supervision.

Job Specifics

This is a senior position and you will be working with the directors of the business to develop and progress the business plan. A host of skills including managerial, operational, strategy, IT and people skills are required to be considered for this position.

Qualifications and Requirements

A minimum of 5 years PQE experience as a commercial solicitor with experience in tax, IP and general commerce is required to apply for this position. Experience in the healthcare market would be an advantage.
