The Role
 It is essential that as a commercial property paralegal you have experience of working in property law as you will be required to assist the commercial property fee earners in the management of their case load, to include property searches, SDLT and completion statements and administration support. Excellent numeracy skills would be an advantage for this commercial property paralegal role as you will also be handling the calculations for stamp duty land tax. The Candidate
The successful commercial property paralegal will, preferably, have previous commercial property experience. The commercial property paralegal will have excellent communication skills. Good academics will be required.This role will suit a recent law graduate or LPC graduate.
 
Salary dependent upon experience.
