A law firm in Newbury, Berkshire require an experienced Residential Conveyancer with previous case handling experience from instruction through to completion.

The Role
 
The Residential Conveyancer will be managing their own mixed caseload of files, from instructions through to post-completion, with minimal supervision, and providing support to the senior members of the team when required.
 
The Residential Property Team has knowledge and expertise in many areas, including;
 
Buying freehold or leasehold properties;
Selling freehold or leasehold properties;
Buying from developers;
Re-mortgages;
Transfers of ownership;
Lease extensions; and
Buying auction properties.
 
The Candidate
 
Previous experience in Residential Conveyancing as a fee earner, legal executive or solicitor is essential.
