The role:

Opportunity for an Employment Solicitor 3+ years PQE with a proven track record in this area of law to join an industry leading team in Reading.

You will take on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for both employers and employees including dismissals, terminations, discrimination, tribunal representation, redundancies and restructuring.

They have a wide range of clients ranging from small start-ups to large national corporations and the team is currently very busy with a surge of new work thanks to the distinguished record of their current heavy-hitting lawyers.

They are looking for someone with the dynamism, drive and commitment to make a significant contribution to the practice.

Requirements:

• Employment Solicitor 3+ years PQE
• Prior experience in a reputable employment team to equip you to deal with high quality employment matters
• Advanced communication skills and desire to get involved with business development
