Senior Commercial Property Solicitor - 5+ years PQE - Cambridgeshire

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in Cambridgeshire is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property solicitor as part of succession planning.
You will ideally be a commercial property solicitor with around 5-10 years PQE and should be able to demonstrate an excellent technical understanding of acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, development matters and portfolio management. You should have worked for SME and owner managers as well as having worked for national PLCs and experience and a keen interest in business development and marketing is preferred.
The firm have excellent commercial links throughout the Cambridgeshire area and the successful candidate can expect genuine career prospects and a natural path for progression with an award winning regional firm in Cambridgeshire.
