Residential Property Lawyer
Modern and dynamic law firm in the heart of Worcestershire is seeking a talented Residential Property Lawyer as part of on-going expansion.
You will join a supportive conveyancing team in a firm which promotes long term career development. You will manage a typical caseload of residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) with plentiful opportunity for promotion and progression.
The firm are innovative in their use of technology which allows for flexible and remote working, with office presence required just one day per week. To aid with agile working, you will be provided with a laptop, screen and phone.
Applications are welcome from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Fee Earners who have experience autonomously handling a residential property caseload.
Salary is dependent on experience and promises to be competitive, in addition to a benefits package which includes employee discounts, wellbeing initiatives and a generous holiday package. Individual requirements will be discussed upon application.
