Clinical Negligence Solicitor

A leading North West law firm is looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join them at their Macclesfield head office.   

In this role, you will manage your own caseload of clinical negligence matters and you will work closely in mentoring other fee earners within our Catastrophic team. 

The firm places an emphasis on support and a clear progression structure so this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to improve their skill set and further develop their career. 

Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Macclesfield

• A well-established but forward-thinking practice with several offices across Cheshire and High Peak.  
• In this role, join a friendly, highly regarded and expanding Catastrophic team 
• You will assist in the delivery of legal services to their clients who have suffered injury and loss by reason to clinical negligence 
• The firm support the development of their employees and provide plenty of learning and development opportunities  
• You will have a consistent steady flow of good quality work, work for a local market leader and a  Headway panel firm 
• Commutable from Altrincham, Macclesfield, Stockport, Stoke-on-Trent and Buxton

The ideal candidate    

• A Clinical Negligence Solicitor with at least 3 years’ experience 
• Will have litigation experience and have experience of handling and advising on cases involving complex issues and maximum severity injuries. 
• Will be self-motivated, confident and a team player
