The Role

The firm are seeking a Real Estate Solicitor NQ-2 PQE to join their City of London office.

The successful candidate will have experience dealing in all aspects of commercial property, development work for buyers and sellers, acting for borrowers in refinancing, granting and acquiring leases for Landlords and Tenants.

You will be dealing with a high quality of work and you will be working and learning alongside some top, Legal 500 ranked, Commercial Property Partners, giving you excellent exposure for your years of PQE.

There is massive opportunity for progression, the sky is the limit regarding what you can accomplish!

Requirements:

• You will be Real Estate Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE
• You will have a good knowledge of commercial property
• You will be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience of working in a CQS accredited firm is desirable
• You will have excellent attention to detail
