Job Details
A well-established and friendly multi-office firm based in Somerset is looking for another residential property solicitor/chartered legal executive to join its team.
The residential conveyancing team has continued to grow organically across its offices, building talent from within its ranks. It is now searching for an additional residential conveyancing solicitor or CILEx to join its expanding team of highly skilled and respected lawyers.
You will be an experienced residential property fee earner (ideally with at least 2 years’ PQE) and will be given a broad caseload to include:
- Sales and purchases
- Co-ownership agreements
- Transfers of Equity
The firm always has one eye succession planning, so there are genuine prospects to progress to Partnership if you wish.
