Their corporate powerhouse is seeking an ambitious Corporate Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE to join the corporate team and assist in developing their offering further.

The role:

Opening for a Corporate Solicitor 2+ years PQE to join a corporate team that has some of the most interesting and commercially relevant work available, to be based in Reading.

The firm has a diverse portfolio of corporate and commercial work and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder disputes and corporate reorganisations which makes for an incredibly varied and interesting workload for an ambitious individual to explore.

Although they are looking to make a junior appointment, you will already have the experience to oversee smaller transactions independently and want to play an active role in growing and developing the corporate offering at the firm.

Requirements:

· You will be an experienced Corporate Solicitor 2+ years PQE
· Excellent technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus
· Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects
