Our leading international firm have a fantastic reputation in the legal sector and are looking to recruit a Real Estate Senior Associate to join their successful Real Estate team in Exeter, focusing on handling a varied development caseload. This firm has been ranked by The Lawyer as having one of the UK's Top 15 Real Estate practices.

Your new role
You will work closely with the partners to help supervise and manage the team, whilst working on a variety of property projects for a range of large clients including regional residential developers, promoters and landowners.
You will have the opportunity to take the lead in developing key client relationships with both residential and commercial developers as well as other private sector clients, handling the full cradle to grave service on their developments, as well as working on larger regeneration schemes and projects.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a n experienced and focused Real E state Associate / Senior Associate w ho has built your career with a highly regarded real estate team with a reputation for Residential or Commercial Development .
You will enjoy playing a key role in the team, manging juniors and raising your department's profile in the market and winning work. Experience of Social Housing development would also be of great interest.
