Job Details
Due to a significant increase in workload, we are seeking an experienced Conveyancer for this well-established law firm with a solid reputation who are incredibly client-focused. You should be able to work efficiently and accurately at a fast pace and will work well within a small team and there is excellent secretarial support available. This is a busy role and the caseload is predominately residential, which will include sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, right to buy, shared ownership and you will build relationships with agents and lenders as this is key to the department's ongoing success. There will also be some light commercial property work. Experience of supervision of junior lawyers is also desirable.
You should be 7+ PQE (this is just a guide) and experienced in residential conveyancing and be committed in providing a high level of customer service and be self-motivated and able to prioritise your time well.
