The Role:

You will join an award-winning Real Estate Finance team as an Associate in the firm's state-of-the-art Manchester office.

The team handles a broad diet of work, such as mezzanine, investment, development and structured finance for a first-class client base in the UK and internationally. The variety and quality of work will offer a platform to develop your skillset and push your career forward.

You will be a part of a close-knit team in Manchester, where you will have 1:1 support from leading Partners who will support and encourage your development and progression.

You can expect to have a clear progression path that is well-trodden by the team's current Partners, a market-leading remuneration package, and a good level of flexibility.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Real Estate Finance Lawyer between 1 - 4 years PQE
• Have gained exposure to a range of REF work, ideally including mezzanine and structured finance
• Have a strong academic background and excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a close-knit, collaborative team
