The Role:

You will join this leading Real Estate team as an Associate in the firm's Liverpool office.

Working closely with the Partners and national Real Estate team, you will gain exposure to a quality of work that is unrivalled in the region and have hands-on involvement in client relationships and transactions.

The Real Estate practice acts for a range of clients, including developers, financial institutions and major retailers, with a focus on energy & infrastructure.

As an Associate, you will receive investment and support to develop your technical ability and a platform to push your career forward. You will have clear prospects for progression, evidenced by their existing Lawyers who have climbed the ranks in a relatively short period.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Real Estate Lawyer between NQ - 4 years PQE
• Have gained experience across a broad range of transactional Real Estate work, such as developments, asset management, acquisitions & disposals etc.
• Be a bright, commercially driven individual with a desire to learn
• Have a good academic track record
