Up to £40 per hour DOE

Our client, a reputable law firm in London, is seeking a Locum Solicitor to support them in their Residential Property department. The firm require somebody to join them ASAP, for an initial duration of 3 months until they recruit on a permanent basis.

The Locum would be responsible for a varied conveyancing caseload, to include:

• Sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
• Buy to let
• Help to buy
• Part exchange
• Re-mortgages
• Transfer of equity
  

Our client is seeking someone who can handle a busy caseload of up to 70 files, and the locum will benefit from secretarial support. This is a full-time, office-based position.
