The Role

This Top 100 firm are looking for a Real Estate Partner to join them in their Legal 500 ranked and Chambers ranked department within their City of London office.

This firm is recognised for their decades of industry-specific knowledge and experience. With a number of Legal 500, chambers and Partners and Spears 500 in their ranks you will be part of an award-winning Real Estate team.

Due to growth within their London office, there is an opportunity for a Senior/Junior Family Partner to join this ambitious team. There is a clear opportunity for Equity, and due to growth and opportunity to join with members of your team if desirable.

You will be implementing the strategy of the firm and the national head, as well as undertaking Real Estate matters within:

• Working in both regulated and unregulated lending spheres
• Acting on both dual and sole representation basis where applicable
• Perfecting security over all manner of real estate assets, including residential property, commercial property, development and mixed-use properties
• Advising a wide range of clients, including investors, institutional lenders, banks, specialist financiers, peer-to-peer lenders, fin-tech companies, short-term bridging lenders and mezzanine funders
• Facilitating further advances, capital reductions and redemptions
• Portfolio transactions
• Assisting lenders in creating and implementing workout strategies for distressed loans

The Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Partner
• You will be currently working within a reputable firm
• Exposure to business development (Essential)
• Management and supervising of junior team (desirable)
