Job Details
Our multi-award-winning client is seeking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join their Employment team in Kent. With their rapidly growing team, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your career and gain hands on experience with a broad range of clients.
The role will involve advising a wide range of clients on employment and HR matters, paying particular attention to the client's needs to provide an excellent service. Having strong knowledge of technology companies, focussing on the market and service offerings, is important. You will be expected to hit the ground running with drafting, advising, liaising with clients, and taking part in marketing as well as business development. In addition to this, you will analyse and identify current and foreseeable legal issues, communicating these appropriately to the business and to clients.
The team takes a modern approach that is not focussed on billing and time recording. Instead, the team focuses on client satisfaction and employee satisfaction. You will join a friendly and supportive environment, creating an ambitious, team-driven atmosphere. The team pride themselves in building and maintaining strong relationships with their clients, as well as their colleagues. Having worked hard to create a professional yet fun and successful work culture, it is important that this is also maintained.
To be considered for this role, you will be newly qualified with relevant employment experience.
