JOB TITLE: Legal Counsel
PQE REQUIRED: 4+
LOCATION: Merseyside
SALARY: On application

THE ROLE: Our client is looking for Legal Counsel (full or part-time) to provide legal advice across a wide range of matters including commercial contracts, IT, data protection, procurement and intellectual property.

THE CANDIDATE: Application’s are invited from
• Qualified Solicitor’s with at least 4 years PQE
• Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
• Experience in IT / IP
• Strong communicator with effective project management and/or time management skills.

Our client works a hybrid model, balancing remote working with time spent working on site. We are open to discussing a hybrid working model with candidates.
