The Role

NQ-3 PQE Real Estate Solicitor to join leading team in a City of London Top 100 firm

A coherent, national Real Estate presence that's considered market leading in the UK, the overall team leads the field in all matters concerning development, planning, construction, finance, investment, environmental, asset management and dispute resolution.

You will work on a wide array of matters - the team acts for London and UK-based clients investing and/or operating domestically in high-value investment and development projects across all property asset classes.

The team also works on inbound real estate capital transactions from overseas investors investing in the UK. As a result, many of the deals carried out by the team are typically high-end, multi-disciplinary, structured/leveraged real estate deals involving the acquisition or disposal of high-value assets, or corporate SPVs.

From the onset, you will be continually encouraged to work on complex matters fitting for your continued growth.

The Requirements

• Solicitor (UK qualified) with NQ-3 years PQE within Commercial Property/Real Estate
• Passion in what you do and drive to advance your knowledge
• Willingness to progress within the team in terms of position and responsibility.
