Job Details
This rapidly expanding company pride themselves on their first-class customer service and they have a strong reputation for success within their field of expertise. In this newly created role, they are seeking a litigator who will play a key role in their ambitious growth plans. They are looking to recruit a solicitor with significant experience in litigation who will manage a varied litigation caseload and provide preliminary advice and guidance to management on cases. Typical responsibilities will include a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, including:
- Assisting with dispute resolution on matters of property law and procedures
- Implementing internal policies
- Liaising with insurance brokers
- Preparing management information, reports and briefing papers
- Drafting, reviewing and helping negotiate contracts
- Providing pragmatic advice on a wide range of day-to-day business queries, including operational issues, approval of marketing materials and other on-going ad-hoc queries.
