Fitness to Practise Solicitor A national law firm with an impressive track record, long standing and growing client base have a required for a Fitness to Practise Solicitor with approximately 1 to 3 years' PQE. The Fitness to Practice Solicitor will join a very friendly, yet highly professional department working on behalf of a number of regulators in their London office. The Firm Offers a wide range of legal services to both public sector and private sector clients. The Role The Fitness to Practise role will enable the successful Fitness to Practise Solicitor will manage investigatory work on behalf of Regulators where it is alleged that the registrant's fitness to practise is impaired through misconduct, competence or health issues and preparing those cases for hearings before panels and committees of the relevant regulators. Working under a Partner the work involves prepare cases for prosecution, interviewing key witnesses, attending conferences with counsel, liaising with defence and presenting cases. The Candidate Previous experience in the field of Fitness to Practise, Regulation and Professional Discipline is strongly preferred. Salary Circa £56K to £66K
