This premier global firm is seeking a an associate (1-4 years PQE) to join their successful and growing funds finance team in London. As a market-leader in the area of funds finance, they work with financial institutions on some of the most high-profile deals in the market and have a global footprint, with a strong presence in key financial markets, including London.

You will join an award-winning team of talented lawyers and have relevant experience of fund finance with a top-tier UK, Australian, New Zealand law firm. Experience of leveraged and real estate finance or corporate lending transactions, but principally lender side LMA documents, is desirable.

For solicitors based overseas, a competitive relocation, sponsorship and remuneration package is available.
