Your new role
This corporate solicitor role will see you handle a good mix of M&A and private equity work. You can expect to work closely with a well developed range of clients.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a corporate lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 3 years' pqe. You will have good client facing skills and be someone who is able to provide practical and commercially focused advice.
