This highly reputable and Legal 500 recognized Property Litigation specialist practice operates from modern commercial offices and has a rare opportunity, potentially open to an ambitious Litigation Solicitor to retrain.

The firm manages a variety of Property matters with a particular specialism in Property Litigation and the recovery of property related debts. The team consists of both qualified and non-qualified fee earners and full paralegal/assistant support. You'll be joining a very experienced technical team that has gone from strength to strength over recent years due to high-quality work and high level of client service.

The team deals with a range of Property Litigation and Commercial Property matters and may accommodate a particularly strong Commercial Litigator with a broader range of experience. A strong willed, confident, and articulate Property Litigation Solicitor (ideally 2+ years’ PQE) with demonstrable previous experience in a technical Litigation department is a must however for this challenging role.
