This heavy hitting Legal 500 Law Firm has a track record of investing and developing its lawyers and promoting to Senior and Partner level faster than most.

They are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor 3-5 PQE to join their impressive London Office.

They are a full-service commercial firm which has grown substantially in recent years. They deal with a quality of work on par with City firms and have attracted many heavy hitting Lawyers. Many City Partners who have joined have been really attracted by just the excellent quality of work.

This firm is highly ranked in the Legal 500 and is top tier across several areas. They have experienced substantial growth in recent years; interestingly this mainly comes from their International reach. Despite them having a headcount of just over 100, their International reach is growing quickly; they have a strong client base in Russia, China, and the Middle East.

Their fee earners are not just technically strong but are exceptional business developers, and many of the Lawyers have very impressive client bases. You will find that they deal with a varied spread of clients, with emphasis on HNW individuals, OMB, SME's, and company Directors. The sector variety makes for an interesting role full of variety.

The role

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their prestigious City of London office.

The Real Estate department is ranked in the Legal 500, it is one of the largest departments in the firm. It has grown in recent years and deals with a very interesting mix of industry sectors. You will deal exclusively with top quality London work, working alongside a highly regarded team, many of which have come from a City background.

The caseload will include; Development, Investment, Acquisitions and disposals, Commercial leases and Landlord and tenant.

Requirements:

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE
• You will have broad Commercial Property knowledge
• You will need to have excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on great client service
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience
