The Role

5+ PQE Employment Solicitor to join Tier 1 Top 50 Commercial Law firm in Bristol

Working with Partners in support of FTSE 250 organisations and well-established household names, you will help employers manage issues in the workplace such as disciplinaries, grievances, restructuring and redundancies.

You will also be acting in response to tribunal claims (predominantly acting for Respondents), providing employment law support in corporate deals and outsourcing contracts, contract drafting and client training.

You will present a solid commercial acumen and take an active role in maintaining client relationships.

Distinguished by your technical excellence, you will work among talented industry experts in an open and collaborative environment that considers excellence and quality to be paramount.

The Requirements

• 5+ years PQE Employment Solicitor, with respondent background
• Experience supporting 1000+ headcount clients
• Demonstrated success within a similar role
• Interest in expanding upon technical and commercial skills
