Wills and Probate Solicitor - Minimum 3 years PQE
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join our established Wills and Probate department.
The current caseload includes:
- Will instruction and preparation.
- Applications for Grants of Representation and full estate administration.
- Lasting Powers of Attorney, to include preparation and registration of documents.
- Court of Protection applications.
Key tasks will include:
- The conduct of matters on behalf of clients.
- Daily management of support staff/secretary.
- Financial management of client files to include collection of monies on account and billing procedures.
- Development and expansion of the department.
You will need sound knowledge and experience of Wills and Probate matters, gained within a respected law firm, with proven fee earning and client development skills.
